Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Fin Goods. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns within 30 days: If you're not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or wrong: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund you — no need to ship the faulty item back unless we ask.

How to return: Email us at finsystem19@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (refund or exchange). We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Return postage is on the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items where we cover it.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the return.

Your Australian consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
