Welcome to Fin Goods. By using this store you agree to these terms.

The shop. Fin Goods (trading from 19 Coopers Camp Road, Bardon QLD 4065, Australia; email finsystem19@gmail.com) sells products online at this website. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept when we send your order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Product information. We work to make our product descriptions and photos accurate, but colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens and batches. If a spec matters to you, ask us before buying — we're happy to check.

Delivery. See our shipping policy for rates and timeframes. Risk in goods passes to you when the carrier delivers them.

Returns. See our return and refund policy.

Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantee that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
